Refunds for unresolved issues: If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will issue a refund for the remaining days of your membership.

Refund Amount: In some exceptional cases, we may offer a refund for the remaining days of your product’s warranty. However, this will be subject to the type of product you have subscribed to.

If eligible, we will refund (paid price / membership days) * remaining days * 0.8. Any cashback or special discounts you receive will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed and transferred within 1-3 days from the date of reporting the issue. Please note that this refund policy only applies to unresolved issues. In all other circumstances, such as change of mind or error in order, our refund policy will not apply.
